[UI] Option/selection menu

I've noticed that the option/selection menu (sorry for the term, I don't know the correct word), that appears when an action is required (selecting nets, waiting/quitting a blocked app, etc..), has no separation from the underlying screen. It could confuse on where to begin tapping the screen. It can fit to ANY color and ambience.

I'm not sure if I've got it right. But I agree with reduced or no transparency to increase legibility and also an additional dark layer on the rest of the display – something like the power menu layer.

@AliNa The point is: have a visible strong separation between above and below.. However it is made.

Ok, this is my proposal precisely – albeit I'm using Remove Black patch, but it won't be so different with a black background.

Edit: I updated my patch to include my proposal.

this probably happen cause you have a very dark background...i don't have this problem with none of my ambiences as you can seeimage description image description...anyway i really like v1 and v4 of your idea and i approve your proposal :)
