I would like to know which programs SF-native, but also android, which makes voice calls through Internet, video calls, OR audio/video conferences have you tried and how was it.

I have only tried unsuccesfully to use firefox hello (from one PC to jolla browser, and to webcat with no success). At my PC I usually use (in this order) firefox hello, hangout, and a few times, skype. Some years ago, my main protocol was jingle/xmpp, but after google started with hangout, I have been forced to not used it anymore (because most of my contacts replaced google talk with some kind of hangout program).

Please, I would like answers to be constructive. I wouldn't like this post to get into a place to blame about what has not been done, etc. but about what working for now.

There is a hangout client available. WebRTC which is what hello requires isn't working on the browser and there is no other app. I've no idea about skype.

If Android apps are fine, use those for the time being. Hangout and Skype work great if you give them access to contacts [citation needed]. I bet Firefox Hello works with Android Firefox.

If for any question asked, the answer is - "there is an Android app for that", why do we need Sailfish OS in a first place? And if you give Google access to your contacts, what privacy are we talking about?

Skype (Android) does not work great on Sailfish, calls and text, but no video.
