I saw one there today, contact back if you're missing one, share on if you know any Jolla owners around there

edit: While not reaching owner via here, I sent the IMEI to care for them to check. Let's hope the owner is reached.

Take it to the police since they don't charge for items, lost&found will charge insane amounts from the owner if he ever picks it up.

yep, and the police might have a way to find the owner via SIM as well.
