Hallo,
is there a easy way to modify my contacts on the phone? I know from my old days with sonyericsson devices the MyPhoneExplorer. Is there a nice and easy way to modify contacts, so f.g. add phone numbers and further details to contacts saved on the phone?

Hmm maybe you could take a look at: https://openrepos.net/content/mkiol/send-phone
Basically it starts a service on the phone when the app cover is active. This service runs a webserver that you can access from e.g. a PC on the same WiFi network.
It also allows for editing the contacts database - though I'm not so sure on how many details it can fill in.
Otherwise http://www.jollausers.com/2015/04/jolla-communicator-an-easy-way-to-communicate-between-ubuntu-desktop-sailfish-os/ mentions some app capable of doing so - provided active developer mode on the phone.
