Is Sailfish OS 2.0.2.390 close to release?

As presented on the MWC 2016 in Barcelona, the Intex phone clearly shows Sailfish OS 2.0.2.390. When can we expect it in early access release or public release?
Why, didn't you know? 2.0.2 will be the version to support the upcoming JWatch. Sorry if I am spoiling.

Intex phone?! Looks like a plain Jolla. Well the camera lense has moved to tbe right, while being useless, without video/audio chat for xmpp.
