unable to add jolla account [duplicate]

I just did a factory reset of my device.

When I try to add my jolla account, it says « Oops, problem with account creation » (what kind of problem ?? it does not say…) If I try to create a new accounte, it fails to check usernam availability: « Problem with checking username availability. Please try again later. ».

I can correctly access and login on together.jolla.com from the browser of my device, so the wifi connexion is fine.

Any idea ? I am stuck with the first sailfisos release…

As you can see in @NeWin's question, you should first check your device clock (time/date/timezone).

The problem was indeed the clock, the device thought it was in 2013..in

Strange that the search engine did not find NeWin's question, I did search 'create jolla account'.

Anyways, now it's working, thanks a lot.
