Backup files are corrupted

Good day, A little "pre-story", could be that it's important for problem solving. I have a brand new jolla, in use from 4.03.2016. Sailfish OS 2.0.0.10(Saimaa) cause from the box. I had a problem with android support, nothing helps me with it, to be able to run it. So I made a backup of all things, notes, calendar, people, gallery and so on. Of course I store it on SD card. Then I reset the device and it start android support works perfectly. But when I try to get the backup I get next error massage - Backup files are corrupted. That's a problem... I have there everything, everything... How can I restore it? I reed about the manual restore of backup, but problem is that it's written for too old OS version and now in backup.tar tree folder and files and so on are different. for 3 days of searching of solution I didn't find it:(

If some kind of additional info is need please let me know.

Can any body advice how to solve it? thanks in advance.

this is missunderstandig, I mean that - all problem solving topics for not my os version, but much more older versions...so at the moment they do not discribe the folders,files,names which at my backup inside...

Dead forum for a dead phone... already disappointed about it. 200 euro for something what more time not working correct then working.
