allarm when unplug power cable

Hello to all. I'm in the hospital for several days . I have an idea I think it is functional . I put the phone in the plug and then I fall asleep if someone disconnects the cable starts an alarm . it's possible thanks.

you should be able to do that with app: situations it can react on charge start or the end with almost anything: start an app, cmd line..
