jolla browser .img download

downloading images from browser works ok, but the saved image is saved without .img extension and gallery will not recognize this as a image... (please do a fix with next update?)

What exactly are you trying to download? The gallery will show images (photos etc.) with file extensions like .jpg.

A file with a .img extension is something completely different. It is not a visible "image" (photo), but a binary representation of the contents if, say, a CD-ROM. There's no way any gallery application could show that.

So your question sounds strange. Again, which file exactly are you having trouble with?

maybe hit a bad moment? Now works ok. However, I pointed browser to a image (google search images), long click on image, select save to gallery.
