Hello. I'm just wondering would it be unlike and even possible to use V4L-DVB OTG firmware devices with FM and DVB?
For examble SDR Touch OTG adapter-compatible dongle, which can also listen HAM frequencies.

In general yes, I am not familiar with DVB sticks under linux but if there are kernel modules for it you probably have a good chance. The downside of such tasks is, it is so rare that you need to do everything yourself or find someone as much interested as you are. HAM and stuff, linux is highly popular so chances are good you will find something to start with, even if it is only a CLI tuner for DVB.
