Having activated my twitter account, tweets now flood my message screen! Is ist possible to have that account acivated and NOT display any tweets on messages screen? ( I'd rather read 'em via tweetian, but sometimes, I'd like to upload a pic from gallery) (maybe the question is plain stupid, and the answer: Delete the account - use tweetian)

Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Twitter and de-select from Download: Tweets and notifications.

This way the Events Screen won't have the Tweets loaded. :)

I set my twitter to sync manually but there's no way to sync diretly from the events screen as it seems... I have to go to settings, accounts, twitter. Or am I wrong? :(

get tweetian, that's a decent twitter client. Updates when you fire it up, or manually. Keeps your messages screen free. (But it hops to twitter on sailfish browser for every other link..)

@paperboy, the Twitter feed on the Events screen has only automatic update option, so yes, you are correct. I really hope that the feature from SFOS 1.x will be implemented back, so that you can update your status/tweet from the Events screen. That was a superb feature.
