Audio pairing with iZettle card reader doesn't work

The payment system provided by iZettle (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IZettle) involves an Android APK which _does_ run on the Jolla, but the connection with the corresponding card reader does not succeed. The card reader is connected via a 4 pin 3.5mm audio plug. (Nice idea, isn't it?) The app does not react. I guess, access to the audio port is different on Jolla's Android support that on native Androids.
