[feature request] relocate android & SfOS apps to sdcard [duplicate]
Due to by 16 GB (13,7 GB net) is very low space. It would be usefull i we can change the android storage to sdcard.
Implement as option generall to android support or additional to the apps settings.
Edit: relocation of SfOS Apps could be also usefull

Since the SD-card issues regarding native apps is alredy discussed here and there is a request about Android apps using the SD-card here, there's no use of modifying this topic or keep it open.
Please direct your wishes/comments/etc. to those topics.
Nice request but a little unrealistic at the moment, as it requires some tweaks on the sailfish os and only sdcards running linux file system to achieve. I have my android and entire home partitions mounted on my sdcard with the help of a tutorial. you are better served using those to achieve your goal at the moment.

IMO: Workarount is nice, but out of the box is better

We all know it would be the best fit to have it out of the box, but how realistic do you think such a request is for now? they obviously have other issues to concentrate on at the moment, so we make do with what we have.
DameCENO ( 2016-04-27 15:54:25 +0200 )editHave you seen this https://together.jolla.com/question/40802/how-to-format-your-usd-card-to-btrfs-and-share-space-with-android/ ? If you do that, the Android data and cache will be on the SD card.
Federico ( 2016-04-27 16:31:56 +0200 )edit@DameCENO it doesn´t matter how realistic it is to be done now. It´s a feature request that can be done sometime
