Install https://openrepos.net/content/coderus/aliendalvik-control and run in terminal following:

dbus-send --print-reply --dest=org.coderus.aliendalvikcontrol / org.coderus.aliendalvikcontrol.startIntent string:"-a android.intent.action.VIEW_DOWNLOADS"

And then do I have to select the notifications one by one ?

I want to clear them all, how do I do that ?

this is the best thing you can get right now.

Ok so it's not scriptable.

Then is there an GUI I can install to get to this screen ?

it's not difficult to copy and paste to terminal and execute this command.

I agree, but I'd like to be able to do that easily when I'm outside, whenever I not through ssh to my phone.
