the refund did arrive yesterday. however they did not fix the bug that was there in the refund form. i did receive 237 $, which is the half of my perk for 64 GB tablet + jolla phone. as i did receive the phone. they should have refunded me only: (470 $ minus the phone)/2, so something like 100 bucks.

This time it is for real! Jolla kept it's promise, as far as I am concerned. I did receive the first half of my refund. For me, it is some kind of confidence-building measure. It seems, I can trust this company and use this beautiful OS.

FWIW, I got my 1st half refund today, and the amount was correct. It showed up as two separate transactions in PayPal.

You get one transaction for every purchase you made in IGG instead of one lump sum, I had 3:

Jolla Tablet
Lastu Case
64GB upgrade

and every transaction was 50% of the amount paid.

Looks like I got $114.50 yesterday. But I don't remember what I paid originally or what sum I'm supposed to receive back.. :/

I also received information that jolla asia refunded me, but the amount isn´t in the balance!? is there a delay or something? I don´t use paypal that much..

usually not. but you also need to transfer the money from paypall to your account

In the PayPal app it still says 0.00 available/balance but the amount should´ve been refunded on the 18´th?!
