Calendar event templates/favourites

Many of the events I add to the phone calendar are recurring on a more or less regular basis, for example laundry, haircut, workout classes, etc. Still, I'm not comfortable with adding them as recurring events to the calendar, because then they would exist in my calendar without being booked in real life. A nice feature of the calendar would therefore be the possibility to create templates/favourites of commonly added events, making it quick and easy to add them to the calendar when on the move.
This shouldn't be confused with the request for copy/paste of events, a feature that also would be nice to have, but which would require you to spend more time to first browse through the calendar to find a suitable event to copy to achieve the same thing.
