Hello, i would like to know what troubles can i expect, when i buy some android device and try to get SFOS there? I wanted to buy OnePlus X, because someone already ported SFOS there and it should work quite fine, but they stopped sale this device. Also i read some pdf about porting SFOS and there was i need CyanogenMod 10.1.x, 11.0, or 12.1 compatible device. So if i want to buy OnePlus 3, i cant port SFOS there, because this model is not present in the list of supported devices?

Thanks

You have to be careful with what you buy, since there are no working ports for 64 bit processors. It seems that OnePlus 3 is using 64-bit processor, so its no-go if you want to use SFOS on that immediately. The best place to ask the questions regarding ports is freenode #sailfishos-porters IRC channel. Its a very friendly channel and you get your replies quite fast. Just post later a summary of what was suggested here for others to know.

Can i ask you, what is the problem with 64bit arch? Is it because it is complicated and I couldnt manage it (i rly couldnt) and all I need is to wait for some1 more experienced who will port it on 64bit arch? How long will i wait until some1 will successfully port SFOS on 64bit ach? Thanks!
