Cannot open any android apps! Need an app's in-app content!

Please help me. From this past week i was not able to open any android apps, it just closes automatically after showing the loading circle. I was planning to factory reset the phone but i realised i have an app named IOU - Debit manager, in that i have the data of people who owe me money, I was owed around a total of $1500 from dozens of people. I don't remember all of the peoples amount. Please help me to backup that data and get it back after the factory reset or make the android app work temporarily so that i can note down the data in it. It's very urgent, i need your help :(.

your alien dalvik is not starting. check it in the settings and try to start it manually. i have this problem from time to time too

I think that's not the issue, I have tried at least 50 restarts in the last week!

Also when I tried to delete an unnecessary file from root, I get an error message "not enough space to remove"

My Jolla takes foreve to turn on development mode. It just shows "enabling developer mode". I tried deleting Dalvik-Cache manually and that folder got deleted, also I delete some apps to free space after deleting Dalvik-Cache, but the app icon is gone blank, I can still press on it and it will show the loading app active frame.

i did not meant to restart phone, but to start alien dalvik from settings: settings; android support. however if you cant delete files, then you have definately that: https://together.jolla.com/question/30822/root-and-home-disks-full-and-causing-various-problems/
