I just got message from Czech FedEX that they are shipping a package for me. According to attached documents it's obvious that is my JollaC! That's good news. :-)

But they're also requested a lot of personal information to deputize me during custom clearance of the consignment. Seems that notwithstanding it's bought in EU, it's decisive it comes from Hong Kong. And also attached invoice from sender only contains device price but not already paid VAT, but hopefully invoice from Jolla shop which I attached to reply will be enough for customs to not ask for VAT again.

Edit 2016-07-15 11:17 CEST: Few minutes ago I also got "Jolla Shop: Shipping confirmation..." email.

Same here :-) I also attached the original invoice, so let's hope it will be fine. It can be already tracked on FedEx website.

Mine is now apparently at customs in Germany/Berlin...very near me. From the TNT-tracking it says now that "shipment duty payment", in German "Sendung Wird Verzollt". Lets see if they contact me that I shall pay the tax :-) I guess emailing them the PayPal-bill with already paid tax shall be enough. Is there anyone of you in a similar situation?

Jolla-C was just delivered by TNT (2nd batch, ordered on June 14th). Nothing to pay or to show on delivery, and no request by TNT or anyone else in advance. Im curious to get the hands on over the weekend.....

It's likely that they just got customs information for advanced clearing and your Jolla C is still in HK.

TNT is asking for a payment receipt and a customs order (Verzollungsauftrag). A copy of the invoice should be enough for the receipt but what should I provide for the latter? Did they demand the same documents from you to ship to Germany?

While I did not recieve any email, checking my account @shop.jolla.com was a good idea: item is shipped and I got a tracking number. Jolla C should arrive on Tuesday. Let's see

So, don't wait for emails, just check your account!

My Jolla C left Hong Kong on the 14th of July and arrived in the Netherlands on the 16th, and should be delivered on the 18th.

Mine arrived in Finland today. Estimate on tracking site was 18-Jul-2016 before 18:00, and it was here by 13:00. The email from Jolla stated that the package needs to be picked up at my local post office. However, that was not correct. TNT called me for customs clearing and that went quickly by phone. Luckily I asked whether pick up at t the post office is correct. Of course it was not, I don't think TNT co-operates with the mail service here. I could make an address change right away and the package was delivered to my work place just 90 minutes later. The package had left Hong Kong on 14-Jul-2016 19:04

Today I got an SMS from TNTExpress Nürnberg, which tells me to call them. Id did so and they need my mail address to write me. The woman on the other side told me that custom wants an confirmation about the price, because they don't trust the declared one.

She also explained me, that there were 50 of these packages arriving today. So maybe all germans get there device as soon as we send them the PayPal documents :-)

i am just curious, i also am about to receive mine in germany and the tracking page show alot of "receiver has been contacted" since last friday, but i never was contacted. how did they get your number ? and where did you call? tnt? what service number did you use?

Jolla contactet me weeks ago, because I did not enter a number on my zendesk account. So I think they take it from there. It seems not to be a callcenter number, because I get to the responsible person instantly. The number in the SMS: 0911/35018634. They need a tranking number, but it is a different one from the Jolla shipping mail. Maybe you can ask them if they can not get in contact with you...
