Any help how to get Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard into use with Jolla Tablet?

https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Microsoft-Universal-Foldable-Keyboard/productID.315201200 "Interface Bluetooth Low Energy Compatible 4.0 Operating systems: Microsoft Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 and Windows Phone 10 / 8.1 Update 2, Apple iOS 8–iOS 9.1, Android 4.4.2–5.0"

hcitool scan - does not find it

hcitool lescan - recognizes the keyboard when it's set in pairing mode.

But pairing fails: /etc/lib/bluez/test/simple-agent hci0 C4:E0:1E:08:DC:D3

"Creating device failed: org.bluez.Error.ConnectionAttemptFailed: Page Timeout"

Im using 3.1 on my Jolla Tablet and had the exact problem as described above. I followed the instructions here for SailPi and my Microsoft Wedge Keyboard connected!
