Jolla C: Add identical custom pulley menu to all three (lock/home/event) screens

At the moment lock screen has 7 available shortcuts for custom pulley menu and event screen has 10 + 30 available switches + shortcuts for custom pulley menu. Home screen doesnt have any custom pulley availability, nor there is static pulley when pulling from the middle of the screen.
Could you please make all the above mentioned custom pulley switches/shortcuts available to all three (lock, home, event) screens? This really adds to the user experience when everyone could customize any of the screens to suit their personal needs.
That's a good idea to get a quick access to custom shortcuts. With this feature the custom pulley menu will be similar to what is available on other mobile phone OS.
