it's possible to edit the pull down menu that appear in the lock screen (the one with the icon notification and the hour) for example to add the "flashlight" option, to transform the Jolla in a emergency torch? I use this function a lot for work, but a lot of other possibilities could be considered

I'd say that is a good idea, we'll feed it to our UX designers and see what comes out.
Please consider also other possibilities for options in lock screen pulley menu (appart from apps and setting options): e.g. one of the options could be "go to last app launcher page" (explanation: I have a few android apps that are stored at the end of all apps because I don't want to mix them with my preffered sailfish apps, but when I need to open one of these android apps, I have to swype several times to get to this last page).

A very useful suggestion. In addition to being able to add new entries, being able to remove the default entries to trim the menu would be useful as well. (E.g. maybe I don't feel like i need a sortcut for Camera.)
