Sorry, but according to our experts this will require a reflash of the device, if you are unable to recall the device lock code.

However, we notice that your location is Iran. Unfortunately we only provide support to customers from the EU, Norway or Switzerland.

Therefore, the only way we could assist is if you can provide us a physical address in the EU with phone and email from which you could send in the device and to which we could return it.
