Bug: Browser tab thumbnails sometimes not updating

I have encountered this bug that if you open a new page in same tab as the previous page, the thumbnail in the tabs view doesn't update accordingly. I think this is somehow linked to the real multi tabbing problem discussed in here: https://together.jolla.com/question/373/tab-reloading-browser-settings/
