Not sure if this is a system issue, hardware issue or Android layer issue. I successfully used Endmondo application on Android when the outside temperature was about 5-10 Celsius (altitude was wrong, but distance and average speed seemed fine). Today when it was about -3 Celsius the application did seem to connect to GPS (said "GPS OK") but registered no changes in my position (distance is 0 km, duration is ~30 minutes).

The phones was on the front of my bicycle with nothing above it (except thin, plastic foil that is touch friendly). The sky wasn't too cloudy (my tablet was able to register GPS trace without any problems).

Oh, the GPS fix was obtained before I left the building so I'm not sure if GPS works at all. It might have been my WiFi position (A-GPS) rather then the actual GPS.
