SMS tracker for GPS

Hi!
I'm searching for an App to use my Jolla 1 sending GPS position and tracking it on my Jolla C via SMS control. Is there a program available like SMSCON on N900?
If no native app, who knows a working and free of charge alternative for Alien Dalvik? But I think these apps might not recognize Control-SMS correctly in any case.
