Wrong timezone in Android apps [duplicate]

It seems that timezone is not correct (+1h to actual timezone) just in Android apps. Sailfish apps show the correct time. I saw following question, but have Sailfish OS v2.0.2.51, there is no Alien Dalvik in utilities. https://together.jolla.com/question/760/wrong-time-zone-in-android-apps/

Mmmh, I gave a try with the timezone updater, It looks like it's worked. Old sended message before alien dalvik reboot are still in the wrong timezone but the new ones are matching
