MX player seems to be availabe on Aptoide, which is afau renamed to something else on Aqua Fish.
Disclaimer: I have no android support nor aptoide installer so I can't confirm.

download warehouse app form.below link.

open ware house and search gapps from warehouse and install it. this wi install google play store in ur mobile.
open playstore login in with ur google user if and password.
and then install any android app on.ur mobile

Could you be more descriptive please. Are you possibly referring to QuasarMx for SailfishOS or is it an app for Android?
