Jolla store extension: Section for ambiences

This post is a wiki. Anyone with karma >75 is welcome to improve it.
This Jolla Store extension issue is about expanding the current Jolla Store to include uploadable/downloadable Ambience backrounds/"whole ambiences" as integrated section in Jolla Store ( or alternatively as separate app if you don't like the integrated extension idea: see answer for separate app below)
Alternatively below is also presented a separate answer for downloadable "whole ambiences" that would include tailored, customized settings providing a different user experience and not just bare ambience backrounds. Vote for the "whole ambience" idea if you like it.
There are separate answers below to develop this idea further so give vote for the idea(s) you like and support the idea(s) you would like to see in this "section for ambiences". If you have an own idea what could be included in "section for ambiences", use comments under specific answer(s) or make own suggestion as own answer.
A couple of related questions that handle the use of custom ambiences are also seen below so check them out too.

(This answer is transferred to wiki post in order to prevent getting karma from it. However if you like the idea, please give your vote.)
I think if the artists offers his work at a certain price, they will soon discover what people are willing to pay for. This seems like something that we can leave to free market forces.
But I'd love to be able to share my ambiances with other Jolla users and browse what others have created.

chemist ( 2014-01-14 21:18:49 +0200 )editI know that ambiences carry a much larger potential than just being backround images. Even better would be that you could download "whole ambiences" with at least custom sounds enabled and chosen by the publisher of ambience. There could be also custom settings set for the phone.
TimTTK ( 2014-01-14 21:31:06 +0200 )edit...But then there should be also some kind of safety checking system for every custom ambience available for download as there remains a higher risk of abuse, you download a custom ambience and your phone could in worst case scenario get bricked or something else. Proper supervising would be needed.
TimTTK ( 2014-01-14 21:39:22 +0200 )editThis would be ok, but only if submitting ambiances is made really easy. No artist is going to package them as rpm and submit to Harbour via usual methods.
