If you experience the same issue with the phone and with the computer, I'm afraid the card is defective. Are you able to format it? If no, the card is defective for sure.

Okey, i tried sdcard on my AquaFish and there it works perfectly. I can create folders and transfer eg. photos on it but when I transfer card again on my Turing phone i can see newly created folders and photos and can access on it but cannot create new folders or transfer files on it.

Does the nemo user has permissions to write on it?

like Sthocs said, make sure that the mount point is owned by nemo.

Most likely this is what you want already answered here by executing recursive Linux command to change folder permissions. Android needs group read/write permission i believe:

Also for Android to read external SD card properly you will need to format it in ext4 format.

I have tried following command: devel-su chown -R nemo:nemo /media/sdcard/ but it not helped in my case. It was brand new 32GB card which i put on my Turing Phone before i boot it first time. Phone show that card has formatted as vfat. I have also tried format card on my phone but nothing happen...

I formatted my SD card in ext4 in a JollaC, yet I'm still unable to fully use it in Alien Dalvik. In Alien Dalvik I cannot write wo /media/sdcard/XXXXX. Has anyone a workaround?

This is weird situation because File Browser app shows that "media/sdcard/3011-5926 is empty, no folders or content but file manager show that it has content....
