I was using fiskarsinjoki and wanted to restore the phone.I took a backup and restored the phone.os downgraded to aurajoki and when I tried to restore the backup but unable to restore and throwing an error . Please help i have important messages, call log and other useful information.And i dont know where to find the error file.image description
