gPodder is not yet awailable from Jolla app store, but it has been ported from harmatam to Sailfish.

The built-in media player supports 'm3u' playlists pointing to online radio streams, at least (I've tried using these myself).

gPodder and Podcatcher are the only podcast apps I found so far. But there are missing a lot of features. It also seems, that the development stopped. No progress for a long time. Are there other podcast apps I did not notice?

Gpodder would be viable solution for podcast listening.

"gPodder downloads and manages free audio and video content ("podcasts") for you. Listen directly on your computer or on your mobile devices."

More information can be found from here: http://gpodder.org/. Check "downloads" section

gPodder.net support would be also be nice so that podcast lists and listening progresscould be synced

Just a little heads-up. gPodder is still rather unstable, and crashes frequently (as of version 4.0.0 release 1.6.1). A little polishing, some bugfixes plus finishing off the missing features (Settings, pause/rewind/etc.) and it'll probably work quite nicely.
