[RFE] system-wide orientation lock

When I lock the display orientation by holding a finger on the display while rotating the device, I would prefer the lock status to be global, i.e. valid for all applications and even for locking/unlocking the display, until the orientation of the device itself is changed. In current SailfisOS on my Jolla 1, switching to the home screen and back to the application, the application is then rotated according to the current accelerometer input, even though the orientation was locked previously and the device itself has not been rotated since then.

Is it possible to set it up this way in the current release? If not, I would like to add this as a feature request.
