I suppose the answer is no (especially since there are no ports in the bottom of the phone), but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Is the Jolla C compatible with speaker docks?

I mean such as these ones http://www.bestbuy.com/site/docks-radios-boomboxes/speaker-docks/pcmcat309300050016.c?id=pcmcat309300050016

You realize that 99% of actual phone dockable speakers are for Apple and the last 1% is Samsung, get yourself a JBL Charge3 (can charge your phone, wired or BT connection) or something...

No, it is not compatible with physical docking. There are some very good bluetooth speakers you could use, out there.

It depends very much on the dock and it's connectors. If it got a 3.5mm audio connector (or bluetooth) and a micro usb charging one, and if both can reach the top of the phone it might fit. For example this one from your link may work.
