Browser zoom adjustment when editing txt box.

When entering a text box the browser zooms in on the box to fill the screen to maximum size, or size of the text box.
I find that in general the zooming in on text box edit is too aggressive for me in most use cases i would prefer keeping much more of the visual surrounding website displayed upon txt entry.
Is there a way to adjust auto zoom feature to only go 70% in all and every instance? Even for double tab for all zoom operations?
