Call screen problem

There are 2 basic problems. . FIRST problem is - when you are on a call and you go to another app to do something like searching a contact or making a note, you can do. but the moment you want to be back to the call screen, it is not there on the homescreen as a card !!!!!!!!! you can not disconnect the call yourself anymore !! you have to go to Phone app. . SECOND problem is - when someone over a call, tells you a number you write it after clicking on the keypad icon. but the moment you disconnect the call and want to save that number as a contact or simply call, that number is not there anymore !!!!!
