Android app launch freezes use of other already loaded Android apps.

Currently there is no multitasking for android apps when one app is launched or loaded into memory.
Since Android app launches on my Intex take about 15seconds it would be nice if Alien Dalvik could be updated to allow background Android App loading without freezing out all Android Apps.
Can you specify your question or problem a bit more. I have no problem with multitasking having spotify running in the background playing music and surfing for apps in f-droid while having LibreSignal running in the background.
