@abhijeet - There isn't a native Dolby Atmos app for SailfishOS, you might have better luck trying to find an Android app instead.
Dolby Atmos requires several speakers to be effective, your Aquafish contains ONE speaker, what are you hoping to achieve?
The nearest option I can think of right now, to give you a graphic equaliser and enhancement tools, is from QuasarMX, a media player for SailfishOS - there is a LITE version, but in order to have the EQ and Enhancement tools, you would need to BUY "QuasarMX PRO" (€4.99), found here; https://www.meteorasoftworks.com/
