I may be imagining things, but I was a bit surprised to see that the passwords I use for different online services have been added to the dictionary, and now they pop up whenever I type something that resembles those words e.g. in an sms.
Could you please turn this feature off? Also, a way to empty the password dict would be useful. (And for immediate resolution, path to the dictionary would be good to know.)

if you want to remove them it's described here how to do that. it's a bit hackish and not recommended for normal users (my guess is that they will implement a better way to do it in later releases).
For what stores the password, it's android vkb that saves the entries. But when they are stored in the vkb database they are shown everywhere the vkb is used (even native applications).
If you know that you only used a password from a native application but it still got saved you should add that information to the thread @ssahla linked. This is a duplicate.
