Double tapping on the screen to unlock is very cool, but sometimes it happens that my jolla unlock in my pocket. I think it would be safer if, to unlock, multitouch tapping was required. what do you think? Thanks in advance

As i'm tapping with my thumb i would need two of them... Or both hands.. or it would require me to hold the jolla only with my thumb on the back, so i can reach the display with two fingers..

I think it would be a better solution, that the OS checks the proximity sensor first. So, if your Jolla is in your pocket and receives a "double tap" the proximity sensor would say "no, don't unlock" :)

The proximity sensor already does that. I would bet the power button is the more likely cause for an unlock, because proximity sensor doesn't disable power button (we have a topic about power button). Of course it's possible there are some clothes the proximity sensor doesn't recognize.
