[Feature request] duplicity based backup

The current backup method seems to make tar archives of user data. While this is a simple and reliable method, it's lacking features: no compression, no incremental backups, no encrypted online backups, etc. All of the above would be possible with duplicity as the backend.

With duplicity based backup solution we could have weekly automatic, encrypted, bandwidth-efficient backups to, say, MS OneDrive without any privacy concerns.

Duplicity is the backend method used in the default backup solutions in manu linux distributions including Fedora, Debian and Ubuntu. Despite being rich in features, the backup solution doesn't have to be complex for the user. Look at Déjà Dup, it's very simple to use! I think SFOS should have something similar.
