Cannot see my audio media to personalized ambience. I have audio on the phone and on SD card. Still same if I refresh database.

Problem still existing in 2.1.2. I can see my music in media app, but not in ambience. Any chance that somebody help me to fix this problem ? Thx

Doesn't fix if I tracker rest -e

There are 2 other options for tracker;

-r, --hard Kill all Tracker processes and remove all databases

-c, --config Remove all configuration files so they are re-generated on next start

(-e, --soft Same as --hard but the backup & journal are restored after restart)

Also, what format is your media in?, and it might be worth checking folders for a .nomedia file, these files prevent tracker from reading the folder contents. You will need to 'show hidden files' in your chosen file browser to find any .nomedia files if they exist.

Thx for reply, I tried all of variant -c, -r and -e. Still nothing. I reboot phone of course. It just show "Copy music on the phone" My music is in mp3 in nemo/Music with permission -rwxrwxrwx It was working like a charme untill version 2.1 Any other solution? Re install ambience package?

Just install the 'Utilities' app from Jolla Store, use the option to update the media database in 'Settings > Utilities' and wait for about 15 minutes without turning off your phone and it should index all your media files again.

It was the first thing that I did. Unfortunately didn't fix the problem.

I found a solution. I copy all of my music on my computer. Delete on phone. And copy on phone again. Now I can use my music for ambiences. Strange.....
