Cannot backup to neither SD-card nor Dropbox

When I try to backup to SD-card, I get:

I've tried to change permissions using devel-su, but to no avail.

When I try to backup to Dropbox, I get:

[UI] Triggered backups upload to cloud account 10 from dir /home/nemo/.local/share/system/privileged/Backups/cloud [UI] Sync error: Unable to start sync!

It's a Jolla 1.

What do you mean with account settings? Dropbox, Jolla or where? Under Dropbox account settings Storage is enabled.

I'm not using a VPN.

both Drobox and Jolla, may be they are having connectivity issue, so try a re-setup/installing your jolla and see how it works.

Recreating the Dropbox account seems to fix it for Dropbox at least.
