Hi! My Boss just gave me his Jolla Turing Phone because it has not been detecting any simcard since he got it

We have already tried around 7 working simcards and all of them were not detected.

Is there a way to check if this a a software or hardware issue?

Version is 2.0.4.14

Thanks

Don't know whether this diagnostic facility available upon Turing phone, to enter the testing app, you can either type ##310## on the phone’s dialler, or type csd in the terminal, while you are in the developer mode.

@aspergerguy - the code you give for entering CSD Tool is not valid.

The code to dial is actually;

*#*#310#*#*

(star hash star hash 310 hash star hash star)

No worries, as I posted it, the same thing happened to me, so I tried enclosing it in a code box and that worked :)
