Mirrored front camera image.
Was playing with the front camera today and noticed that the image you get is mirrored compared to what you see on the screen. No idea which is the correct but at least IMO the user should get what he sees on the screen.

Was playing with the front camera today and noticed that the image you get is mirrored compared to what you see on the screen. No idea which is the correct but at least IMO the user should get what he sees on the screen.
Not a bug, as I'm pretty sure it works like this on most phones with front facing cameras, at least those running Android. You get a mirror image on screen because turning the phone in opposite directions to the image you see would be counterintuitive, and you get a regular picture afterwards because no one wants to have a picture where all the text is reversed. Think of it like going to a hairdresser: your nice new haircut you've only seen in the mirror looks reversed to everyone else, and to yourself when someone takes a picture of you.
On computers this is different, because the camera doesn't move around all the time and you generally sit in the same position, so directly seeing the end result is less of a problem.
@ApB the viewfinder is mirrored, but the actual picture taken is normal.
