[BUG]Browser download cannot be stopped [duplicate]

Whenever I start my browser it automatically starts downloading a file. Removing the file from Settings->Transfers does not help. Clearing all options(including cache) from Settings->Apps->Web browser->Privacy does not help. The file keeps reappearing.

Update: I mistakenly said the version was Haapajoki when it is actually 2.1.1.26 Jämsänjoki.

I'm pretty sure it's a duplicate, I recall upvoting some feedback about that last time I ran into that.
