[Bug] GPS - notifications every ~4 seconds from a android app [duplicate]

Description
The bug occurred after the update to SFOS 2.1.2.3. My Intex Aqua Fish /Jolla C brings up GPS - notifications every 3 - 4 seconds from a android app which need GPS - positions. (Blitzer.de).
Affected versions and devices
Sailfish OS 2.1.2.3 (updated from version 2.1.1.26). Device is a Intex Aqua Fish, HW v0.2
Did someone notice similar? Is there a way to suppress certain notifications?
Tante Edit: Also there popped this new threat up. It describes pretty much the same behavior.
Are these popup notifications? Could be similar to https://together.jolla.com/question/170010/bug2123-android-app-flashing-pop-up-notification-issue/
