[bug][2.1.3.7] Clock double alarm entries

I have some crazy behavior with the clock application. I am not sure when the error itself occurs but I have situations where this app is getting in the foreground when having the device in the bag (e. g. Analog clock patch... ). But then it is possible to start an defined alarm. When then disabling the alarm, having the application in background and open it again, it is possible that all alarms are then defined twice.
Had this effect for two times now since upgrading. Probably had it with 2.1.2 some times before but I am not sure.
