Install Aptoide and find older version of Play Store 7.3.2.5 within Play Store and update existing version (4.5.10) from above but don't open Store yet.
You then need to stop Store updating following either:link text or more likely:link text
Just applied to F5122 running 2.1.3.7 to double check procedure.
If you're a bit techie, you can install MicroG instead: https://together.jolla.com/question/169496/xperia-x-microg/
Sthocs ( 2017-11-07 00:10:08 +0200 )editRegarding youtube, the native jolla version YTPlayer is very recommendable...
g ( 2017-12-02 15:50:03 +0200 )editThere are some alternatives for these use cases, which additionally respect your privacy, work offline and partially provide more functionality:
SailfishOS native apps:
YTPlayer, LLs Video Player.
And for maps ModRana (from Jolla Store or OpenRepos) or Poor Maps, both are offline capable when OSM Scout Server is installed.
Android apps: OSMand~ from F-Droid (way better than Google Maps) and various YouTube clients.
In short: Usually one does not need Google Services and IMHO should avoid using them, which is easily feasible by using alternatives.
