[Bugs] All Jolla apps not indexing sdcard in sailfish x
Well I noticed that all Jolla made documents, media and gallery apps not indexing sdcard in sailfish x 2.1.3.7 at least if sdcard formated to Udf. : When camera is set to save sdcard, I can't see any pictures in gallery app.
I already tried to factory reset without success and also check sdcard folders that there is no "nomedia" file.
Second example: When I tested unplayer app(music app), it will indexing without problems so Jolla apps is broken and needs fix soon!
I will test later to try another file system like fat32.
I have a 64GB SD formatted to FAT32, chock full of music and audio books. Media app shows them just fine, though it takes a couple seconds on startup until it lists all 7000 files.

3rd party & Android apps do index the media files, showing them in the folders.
A list isn't practical to search with a large number of files either ... nor is there a sort function, without using 3rd party apps

The idea is that you don't have to care where exactly the music files are stored, e.g. internal memory v.s SD card. And you can search the meta database with live updates to quickly find things. Of course, if you never tagged your music files at all (eg. id3, mp4 atoms, vorbis comments) the tracker and the media app have nothing to work with, and I can see why you won't be happy with their results. If you really prefer pure folders for organisation, there are other native player apps that work on that basis.

How about the camera app when storage is sdcard for pictures, I mean the pictures what I take will not show automatically, so I need use filemanager to make metadata for them everytime when picture taken? That's not handy...
Any advice?

You can check for yourself in developer mode terminal, using command tracker-info /where/ever/your/image.jpg will show resolution etc. So I assume your problem may be related to your sdcard format, try a cheap FAT32 card and see what happens. If you suspect tracker is at fault, there are some more tracker terminal commands to check its operation and diagnose problems.
